1. DO NOT OPERATE
It is also found at the engine bay. Having read the operation manual enable the operator to be aware of what should he prepare before he get inside of the machine. He is able to wear the following:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Hard Helmet
- Gloves
- Safety Goggles
- Safety Shoes
- Coverall suit
2. ROLLOVER PROTECTIVE STRUCTURE
This warning are located inside the cab on the upper left side. This is to protect the operator from
falling debris if working inside a building. The rollover protective is made of metal plate to stand
a weight of any heavy falling materials.
Things need to be check in rollover protective structure:
- Check the proper mounting
- Check the bolts and nuts
It makes the operator safe while in operation. Altering this structure may weaken the capability to work properly and may lead to personal injury or death.
3. CAB SUPPORT
This warning message is located on the left side of machine. This is also inside the cab lower left side.
The Cab Support is important part of the machine.Do not go under the cab without getting the lock support lock position. Failure to do so may lead to personal injury or worse death.

Things need to check:
- Check the proper operation of the support
- Check the for any damage bend part connected on the operation
4. CRUSH HAZARD
This warning is located on both side of load arms of the machine. This indicates that there is no space for human during the machine is operational. Failure to do so may also lead to serious personal injury or worse death.
Things to remember when around the machine:
- Keep a distance of about 2-3 meters away from the machine
- Avoid the moving parts of the machine when operation ex. Bucket, Tires
5. BATTERIES
This warning is located inside the engine bay access door. This warning represents when putting a jumper cable you have to make sure that the (+) positive terminal do not touch any part of the machine when the (-) negative terminal is connected already. Improper connection of terminals can cause explosion which may lead to personal injury due to acid.
Things to remember about handling a battery:
- Lead-acid batteries are made up of plates of lead
- It contains acid that can damage skin or other things
- When making a welding on machine the the controller should be removed
- Both terminals need to be removed when welding is required to avoid explosion of battery
This warning is located below operator seat. When the machine is operational keep your legs,arms,feet inside the machine failure to do so can lead to a person being crushed of moving parts on machine.
Things to remember inside the machine:
- Check all switches and its function
- There is always sudden movement
- Secure the load of the machine
7. NEVER PERMIT RIDERS
This warning message is located below the operator seat. The operator station is designed for one person only, having two person inside the cab is preventing the better visibility of operator. Failure to follow the warning may put the people around the machine in danger and can cause personal injury.
Do not use the machine for lifting a person:
- Use ladder instead of using the bucket
- Do not use the machine as means of transport
8. SEAT BELT
This warning is located also below the operator seat. When the machine is in operation there is always unexpected movement that may lead the operator to hit the cab or be thrown out the machine. Failure to do can lead to personal injury or death.

- Keeps the operator Stable even in a rough terrain while working
- Keep the danger away of being out of the machine
9. PRESSURIZED SYSTEM
This warning is located on the radiator cap. Hot surface. This is serious warning were many operators ignore. Due to long work on operation the pressure is build inside the engine cooling system. Failure to follow may result to serious personal injury. Always cool down the engine before opening the cap and relieve first the pressure by slowly turning the cap.
Things to remember when approaching a engine while operating or running:
- The machine temperature is hot/high due to long use in operation
- There is always pressure build up in the system of the machine
- Cool down the whole engine/machine when doing any services to the machine
This warning is located on the loader lift arms. It is important to secure the loader lift arm by placing the lift brace against the rod end even having a small job under a raised lift loader arms. Failure to follow may cause personal injury or death.
Things to secure when doing a service under the machine:
- Secure the lift brace properly to avoid being crushed between the machine
- Do not work under a non functional lift brace
- Secure the mounting of the bolt on the machine
11. WORK TOOL COUPLER
This warning is located inside the cab on the upper left side. Work tool coupler is used to joint the arm and the bucket. Make sure that the lock pins are installed properly before operating the machine. Improper mounting will result to parts failure. Not doing this can cause to personal injury.
Things to remember in securing the Coupler:
- Clean the surface of each side before installation of the bucket
- Check for any Unnecessary movement in the bucket
- Fixed the lock properly
12. AEROSOL STARTING AID
This warning is located on the air cleaner housing. This is serious warning many of the operators do not understand the risk of being burned because of the gas and fuel explosion.
Do not use Aerosol as starting aid:
- Have the starting system fixed properly including the pre-heat system.
- Report if the machine is getting hard to start in the normal operation
13. ACCUMULATOR
The accumulator is located underneath the cab. Accumulator may contain high oil pressure when not properly relieved. Lack of knowledge on handling or removing the assembly can cause personal injury.

- Perform a walk around visual inspection around the machine.
- Ensure that the parts inside and outside of the machine is in good condition
- Check the oil level, Engine, Coolant, Hydraulic, Power Train
- Perform lubrication of grease fitting
- Check the electrical switches and components
- Report any abnormal in the operation of machine
- Always keep a safe operation
- Secure the load and travel with bucket low as possible
- Avoid rough terrains
